We conduct an actual search for the interim position. Sure, we have thousands of names and contacts throughout the market but every client has specific requirements.
So, we go to market with a discreet position announcement, as well as make direct calls. Within 10 days we’ve looked at over 50 potential candidates for the position and have narrowed a final panel to three or five for our client to review and meet.
