How Do We Find Them?
What Kind of Person is an Interim Executive?
Professionals and executives are willing to serve in interim positions when it makes sense for them to do so. We do not utilize people that are retired. Retired is a state of mind and unsuitable for futher employment.
We have found through our experience that there are many 42+ year old executives that have served successfully in very senior positions with both large and small firms in your industry. For many reasons they are available. Their company was purchased or division relocated and they have chose to stay. Or, they are moving back to Minneapolis.
• They have been successful
• They have saved their money
• They have the freedom to do what they want
• They are in the “post traditional career” part of their life
• They have the drive to execute
• They still seek reward and recognition for results
• Many will take a bet with a firm or will work through a distressed situation
• Many seek the upside potential based upon performance and business success
• Some will invest and perhaps arrange a buy-out
Some of our executives may be available for permanent hire, should the business develop
